Refund Policy

Refund Policy

At Metasync AI, we prioritize transparency and fairness. Since our services involve custom AI automation setups, software configuration, and personalized implementation work, we have the following refund policy in place:

1. General Policy
All payments for our services — including one-time setup fees, subscription-based plans, and consulting services — are non-refundable, except in cases where:

  • A service was not delivered at all due to our error

  • A double payment was made accidentally

  • A refund is explicitly promised in a written agreement (contract, SLA)

 

2. Subscription Services
For recurring services (e.g., monthly chatbot hosting or automation management):

  • Cancellations can be made at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period after payment has been processed.

  • You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the paid period.

  • To avoid charges, please cancel before the next billing cycle.

 

3. Custom Integrations and Setup Fees
Custom AI integrations, website-specific chatbot training, and tailored workflows require time and resources from our team. Therefore:

  • Setup and onboarding fees are non-refundable once the project has started.

  • If a client decides to cancel before work has begun, a partial refund may be considered, minus administrative costs.

 

4. Technical Failures or Errors
If a technical issue on our part prevents a client from accessing the purchased service, we will:

  • Investigate the problem promptly

  • Offer a fix, an extension, or a partial refund depending on the impact

Please note: Metasync AI is not responsible for service outages or limitations caused by third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI, CustomGPT, etc.) beyond our control.

 

5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (in eligible cases), please contact us within 7 days of the issue at:

Please include your invoice number and a detailed explanation of the issue.

 

6. Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account and deny future service. We’re happy to resolve disputes professionally and directly.

 

7. Legal Rights
This policy does not affect your legal rights under applicable consumer protection laws in Germany or the EU.
