By using our services, you confirm that:

All prices are shown in EUR (€) and may be subject to VAT where applicable.

 

7. Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued as defined in our service-level agreements (SLA) or unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. You are responsible for understanding the terms of any subscription or package before purchase.

 

8. Data Protection & Privacy
We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using our services, you acknowledge that our Privacy Policy governs how we collect and process personal data.

We do not claim ownership over client-provided data but may process such data as a processor on your behalf.

Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the previous 3 months for the affected service.
